Easy Eats helps when you’re hungry and tired and can’t decide what to eat. Keep a short list of your own safe, easy foods, each with how much effort it takes (no cooking, 5 minutes or proper cooking) and where it is. Tap how much energy you have, and it shows up to three foods that fit, or tap “Just pick one for me” and it calmly chooses one. It is designed with ADHD and autistic people in mind, and helps anyone asking “what should I eat tonight?”.
Questions
Is it free?
Easy Eats is completely free. There are no ads, no account and no paid version.
Does it work offline and on my phone?
Yes. It runs in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and keeps working without internet after your first visit. Add it to your home screen from the browser menu so it opens in one tap when you’re tired.
Is my data private?
Your list stays in this browser on your device. Nothing is sent to Favabeans or anyone else, and there is no tracking of you. Use “Save a backup” to keep a copy.
What is a safe food?
A safe food is one you know you can always eat, often the same brand made the same way. Many autistic people have a few. Tap the heart when you add or change a food to mark it; safe foods are shown first.
Does it give diet or nutrition advice?
No. Easy Eats only shows foods you added yourself. It never shows calories, nutrition or “healthy” labels, and it never asks you to try new foods. It isn’t medical or dietary advice.
